This poster is in fine condition. There are splotches on the face that indicate water damage. Scratches on Lady Liberty which leaves white marks. There is also a puncture in the bottom middle. The frame is in fine condition with minor scratches on the face. The back has punctures and rips/damage that also indicate exposure to water.
