On the right edge, 6 inches above the bottom right corner, there is a less than 1 cm tear.On the top text section, the A from "An" on the second line has some smudging, appears to be due from water damage. There is a similar, but less noticeable smudge, on the "4" on the third line of the bottom section of text. both top corners, left and right, has a less than 1/2 inch fold. On the bottom section below the poster's image there is some mild creasing throughout the surface. on the bottom section of text on the third line below "Street New York" there is a line of very faint ashy marks - they are scattered and barely noticeable.
